Job Description | As an experienced Payroll Specialist, you will provide a comprehensive payroll & expense service to the Stellantis UK companies. In addition, you will also provide technical support to the team and deal with more complex issues and payroll. Other key responsibilities include: • Act as the first escalation level for queries from the team and stakeholders • Be the primary payroll contact for maternity related tasks • Run pre-commit reports for payroll checking and support the team to resolve discrepancies / queries • Perform month end & year end duties such as producing monthly payroll reporting • Coordinate and compile P11Ds, pension re-enrolment and other employee benefits in payroll • Support the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Manager to deliver business projects from a payroll perspective and deliver process improvements/efficiencies |
Skills Specifications | An experienced Payroll Specialist should have the following: • Experience working in payroll and knowledge of UK payroll legislation • Ability to work well • Customer focused attitude • Good analytical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail is essential • Able to effectively communicate in a sensitive manner with others, as well as explaining the implications of decisions taken • With the highest integrity and be able to deal with personal information in confidence |
