How did you start your career with the Company?
I joined under the 12-month graduate programme where I started working in a dealership, before moving to other departments, including Network Development and Warranty.
What drives you?
I’m driven by my passion for the automotive industry. Cars have fascinated me since I was a child. Working for an automotive company allows me to indulge my passion, as I get to drive and experience our products on a daily basis. But beyond that, I enjoy the fast-paced, competitive nature of our industry, and the fact that the automotive industry is at the forefront of technological innovation when it comes to safety, connectivity and environmental protection. I’m equally driven by our success. Seeing the company exceeding our commercial objectives motivates me, but so do the positive comments we get from our customers about the products we sell.
What makes you stay with the company?
I feel proud to work for Stellantis – our products are great, our brands have impressive heritage, and our people are talented. Stellantis is not afraid to challenge convention, adapting to an ever-changing world. That agile spirit keeps me optimistic about our prospects as we face the future. But, perhaps most importantly, I enjoy the working environment. During the 13 years I’ve spent with the company, I’ve worked with some fantastic people, many of whom I now consider friends.
